Contact Centre Specialist in HR Services - a new global position [START-UP; 2 shifts: 8 am - 4 pm, 2 pm - 10 pm]

  • Resolve queries and escalations on a timely basis utilizing an omnichannel technology solution (phone, email, chat, etc.)
  • Monitor customer inquiry and exception workflows regularly to ensure resolution within the defined SLA and KPI
  • Ensure all interactions and transactions are accurately and timely documented in the business operation system for full transparency
  • Work closely with our supplier management team, client accounting teams, service providers, customer experience and operations teams in multiple locations across the world to ensure quality and timely services are being delivered to customers
  • Engages and adopts new technology enhancements and features, sharing these updates and promoting them internally and with customers to encourage high usage of tools and self-service support
  • Cognizant of customer trends; articulates and shares these to leadership to enable the continual development of technology, products and services in support of the customer experience vision
  • Contribute to the knowledge base for the betterment of overall operations and recommend process improvements changes based on business objectives
  • Professional experience in the area of Customer Service / Contact Centre / Call Centre /Helpdesk / Service Desk in an international environment is desirable
  • Fluent English (C1 level)
  • Good knowledge of another European language would be an asset (especially Italian, Spanish, Portuguese or German)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, organisational and relationship building skills
  • Experience in HR Operations / HR department / HR Administration would be an asset
  • Knowledge of Zendesk or another ticketing system would be an asset
  • Availability to work in two shifts week by week (8 am - 4 pm, 2 pm - 10 pm) + 1 weekend per quarter
