Content Marketing Manager

Hi! We’re Devire. One of the fastest growing, CEE-based integrated HR-solutions provider offering permanent recruitment, IT contracting, external employment, RPO solutions, employer branding and payroll consulting. We’re looking for Content Marketing Manager to join our growing team.

Key responsibilities: 

  • Design & implement content marketing strategies for Group’s core brands.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive, integrated B2B demand generation campaigns including email marketing, direct mail, webinar and lead nurture tactics.
  • Orchestrate content marketing initiatives across all channels (production, distribution & measurement).
  • Driving traffic and engagement that translates to lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Develop editorial calendar, delegate tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Edit, proofread and improve content.
  • Manage a small team (content specialist, designer, external writers and agencies).
  • Implement SEO best practices. 


  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B content marketing (ideally in B2B services or SaaS company).
  • In-depth knowledge and experience leading B2B demand/lead generation and direct response campaign strategy and execution; including email marketing, lead nurturing, and marketing automation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in both Polish & English, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Seasoned project management skills; highly self-motivated and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with varying deadlines.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment while balancing strategic, tactical and analytical tasks.
  • A team player with great communication & presentation skills, not afraid to get own hands dirty. Able to take a lead and guide the team and other employees when necessary.
