Updating our hotels’ database
Revision of hotels’ profiles (descriptions, pictures etc.)
Loading and checking hotel rates based on prepared reports
Working with Global Distribution System (GDS Amadeus)
Strong collaboration with other division members and other departments such as Customer Service Office & Customer Service Management
Tending to hotels questions on payments, profiles, bookings
Knowledge of data processing and database administration (Experience in data management is a plus)
Ability to plan your work and stay concentrated on routine tasks
Practical knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Sense of responsibility, preciseness and reliability
Expertise or interest in the hotel industry is a plus
Written and oral proficiency in English is mandatory (C1+)
Written and oral proficiency in German and/or French is appreciated (B1/B2+)
