Content Team Supervisor (Europe)
Workplace: Kraków

Job Summary

 

As a Content Team Supervisor, you will be a part of Products department. Reporting directly to Products Director you will be responsible for managing all aspects of data collection for the Europe region.

 

The Content Team Supervisor is also responsible for coordinating the work of Research and Analysis teams and external vendors and for ensuring that deadlines and quality standards are met for adverse media screening and other content, such as Politically Exposed Persons, State Owned Entities and sanctions targets.

 

What will you be doing? 

  • Define processes, suggest and implement improvements and efficiency measures as appropriate
  • Track, manage and report on performance against KPIs, targets and schedules
  • Individually contribute to content collection so best practice is understood when training the content analysts
  • Oversee the training of the Research and Analysis teams on IntegraWatch® processes, content requirements, platforms and tools
  • Liaise with Research and Analysis Team Leaders to ensure they understand IntegraWatch® content requirements and that resource planning and scheduling is agreed
  • Execute on strategic content development initiatives, planning resources and contributing individually as necessary
  • Manage the content development roadmap consolidating input from all stakeholders
  • Regularly review content in the database to ensure it is fit for purpose, liaising with the content teams to address any issues or provide guidance
  • Manage third party vendor and licensing arrangements
  • Develop a deep understanding of the various datasets to support Business Development and Customer Success teams in handling content enquiries, RFPs and attending pre-sales calls as necessary
  • Contribute to marketing and sales collateral as required to support go to market plans
  • Act as a key stakeholder in the development and roll-out of new data collection/upload tools
  • Undertake weekly meetings with other content staff and the IntegraWatch® team members to discuss performance, share learning and project execution details
  • May be tasked with projects and duties in support of the IntegraCheck product suite
  • Other duties as assigned

Your skills and experience 

To be successful in the role of Content Team Supervisor you will need: 

  • People management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of data management
  • Ability to apply oneself to process and repetitive tasks as well as look for improvements and efficiencies in the process
  • Project management skills
  • Fluency in English and one or more European languages
