The Role
In a role of Contingent Recruiter you will be responsible for administration and facilitation of the CWS process in Germany managing demand through a client owned agency PSL.
You will have full accountability for the management of the end to end recruitment process, ensuring a consistent service through close collaboration with the business,  Agency PSL and internal AMS teams.

Key Accountabilities

  • Partnering with the business, client Staffing and HR to review and define resourcing needs and develop recruitment strategies to meet short, medium and long-term client requirements
  • Arranging and conducting briefing calls with HM including preparing job descriptions
  • Brief and release of projects to Suppliers
  • Screen for suitability and Present high quality short-lists to the Hiring Manager including providing rejection for declined CVs.
  • Liaising with HM to gain CV feedback
  • Interview scheduling and confirmation
  • Providing feedback – rejects and manage offer/s
  • Management of the offer process.
  • Management of the OnBoarding process
  • Management of renewals – liaising with the business accordingly
  • Management of Finishers
  • Facilitating ant Temp to Perms of transfers.
  • Updating relevant trackers
  • Provisioning of regular reporting
  • Supporting candidates and hiring managers through all steps of the recruitment process
Skills & Experience
  • Experience in end-to-end recruitment or contingent recruitment
  • Good English both spoken and written and fluent German language skills
  • Knowledge of German Works Council
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working to and meeting targets and deadlines
  • Consultative recruitment approach
  • Experience in the use of recruitment technology and recruitment databases
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience
