Your responsibilities

  • ensure that HR processes are in line with global processes/directions, country specific requirements and comply with legislative obligations,

  • support different HR projects in the SSC connected with processes and working routines, specifications and requirements,

  • develop and update policies, procedures and best practices to help SSC specialists to answer customer inquiries accurately and efficiently,

  • cooperate closely with countries to update legally required specifics in global standardized HR processes,

  • work with SSC specialists to optimize daily work and find the most efficient and effective way of working, leading the needed changes supported by the specialist in each functionality,

  • work close with transition project during transition and stabilization to ensure a smooth cooperation between SSC and the country,

  • measure and follow up on efficiency levels and quality level of the HR services delivered by SSC,

  • represent SSC into standardization & Improvement Forum,

  • be responsible for defining and evaluation the Processes training need and look for the appropriate training for each need.

  • no matter if you have a university degree in Business Analysis, what matters is that you feel natural as a team player and in knowledge sharing, you have good organizational skills and you have fun in changing and creating new high standards of service delivery on a daily basis.

Together as a team

Business Analysts together with Application Developers, Continuous Improvement Specialists and colleagues from different Business Units among Ingka Group, provide excellent professional support services with the customer in focus. You contribute to continuously improve processes and working routines towards higher efficiency to build strong relationships to the SSC customers by improving and streamlining existing processes, working routines and solutions.
