Your responsibilities
Actively support plant management in all initiatives to implement improvement and cost saving projects
Defining strategies and priorities for continuous improvement activities
Initiating and coordinating the implementation process of savings projects and reporting results to plant management
Implementing and monitoring savings and performance indicators
Training employees at various levels in Lean, Six Sigma methodologies
Reporting progress of improvement activities to company management - local and global
Our requirements
Experience in teamwork
Trained in Lean Six Sigma to deliver improvement projects using the DMAIC methodology. Preferably LSS Green Belt certified
Trained and experienced in quality and Lean tools (5S, value stream mapping, Makigami, SMED, problem solving methods like Ishikawa, A3, 8D etc)
Experience in leading and facilitating Kaizen events
Good English skills (also written)
ISO knowledge (ISO9001, ISO13485, etc.)
Ability to think strategically and analytically
Ability to organize own work and time management
Ability to work in a team and solve problems
Experience in a similar position in a manufacturing company is an advantage
