You have an exciting opportunity to bring your process improvement mindset and automation skills to a rapidly growing shared service center in Warsaw – Alcon Global Services. You will join CI& Automation practice in Warsaw and help each person to perform at their best level by reducing manual effort and improving processes.
The objective of this role is to deliver simplification and continuous improvement initiatives across functions and to foster a continuous improvement culture. This role will support the organization’s business transformation efforts by reducing unnecessary complexity within business processes and delivery of better ways of working through business process automation using various technologies.
Collaborate with every department in AGS to deliver Continuous Improvement / desktop automation projects
Help drive the Continuous Improvement culture to not only stabilize the operations but also to challenge the status quo
Gather ideas for process improvement / desktop automation in a form of business requirements & take ownership by delivering them
Work closely with idea owners & related IT departments to obtain needed information & to deliver the expected result
1-2 years of experience in various processes of Shared Services / GBS industry
Previous experience in programming (VBA, Python) or using Low Code solution (such as Power Platform) will be a strong asset
Advanced Excel (+Power Query) / reporting skills (Tableau preferred)
Experience working with Lean Six Sigma methodology
Proven record of related process improvements / automations done in the past
Advanced English both spoken and written
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed
Great Story Telling skills, Able to inspire & motivate others
Able to learn and teach others
