Analysis of TOP issues for improvement projects in terms of quality and cost
Continous Improvement Projects management including actions doing
Suggestion system management and reporting
Leading and working in continuous improvement projects out of ideas
PPS/A3/8D initiating and moderating in case of production efficiency issues and q-targets not reached
Initiates and drives Continuous Improvement activities
Min. 1 year of experience in similar role preferably in the automotive industry
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or other related field
Very good English skills
Excellent problem-solving (PPS/A3, 8D, Six Sigma) and product reliability analysis skills
Working knowledge of quality methods and tools (SPC, MSA)
Green Belt in Six Sigma is a plus
