Your responsibilities
Facilitate change management projects by using and implementing best practices and Lean Manufacturing tools
Consultant to Management to obtain tangible results in terms of optimizing productivity and securing an efficient supply chain
Supporting division in sustainable continuous improvements
Participating in defining as well as reviewing strategic and tactical plans on productivity improvement
Setting expectations, training, coaching, and providing feedback to a local organization
Our requirements
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
Lean experience in a manufacturing environment is a must
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in engineering or equivalent
Strong analytical and project management skills
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and Polish
Ability to connect, coach and train people at all levels
High level of ambition, performance orientation and a track record of driving continuous improvement in a global industrial setting
Six Sigma Greenbelt certification would be an advantage
