What will you do?
- Communication with Leads, SL and Stakeholders>
- Cooperation with Tower Leads reg. solutions for all teams
- Cooperation with BT Lead reg. solutions and OPEX requirements
- Data Analytics and Interpretation
- Establishing and Maintaining relationships with all parties involved
- Driving Continuous Improvement Agenda developing new tools and reports
- Implementing new tools, reports and solutions for the Project
- Regular reporting to Client, Leads, Tower Lead and Service Lead
- Ownership and user management of productivity tools
- Ownership of MS Access based holiday management tool
- Backing up OTC Reporting Team
