CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT SPECIALIST will prepare reports and will develop and measure standard metrics and define the flow of customer service processes. This person will identify opportunities for improvement and will develop a project plan for implementing improvements and will monitor the new process to ensure it works as intended.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES IN THIS POSITION:

  • Work closely with Customer Service Team to develop and optimize process settings and documents as Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
  • Develop standard work rules and track daily performance to the standard
  • Analyse work flows and process mapping within and across all Customer Services processes to identify and implement opportunities for process improvement
  • Review the KPI monitoring systems and determine ways to improve
  • Create an analytical process using Power BI tool
  • Follow policies and procedures; complete administrative tasks correctly and on time

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • A Lean Office Practitioner with 3+ years of experience of implementing successful TPS fundamentals including elements such as: Visual management/5S, value stream mapping, standard work, metric boards, stand-up meetings and project funnel coordination
  • Expertise in problem-solving utilizing a formal program/process
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with and positively influence leadership and all levels of the organization
  • Passion for driving improvement and leading change
  • Knowledge of problem solving tools (5Why, A3,Standarized work, TWI)
  • English proficiency plus any other languages skills proficiency will be an advantage (German, French, Italian)
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Power BI, Sharepoint, ERP)
