Your responsibilities

About the role:

Continuous Improvement Specialist in Global Strategic Sourcing, Center of Excellence will be responsible for supporting regional strategies and goals specific to sourcing/purchasing operations, process optimization, management of risk, and promotion of compliance with policy, procedures, and financial controls. You will monitor and report procure to pay (P2P) transactions, to identify non-compliance with policy, regulations, and controls, that identify root cause of non-compliance and that promotes process and compliance remediation opportunities.

You will:

- Participate in sourcing continuous improvement program specific to EMEA and RSM;

- Test of sourcing transactions for compliance with policy and control requirements;

- Analyze and communicate sourcing related compliance data and metrics to management;

- Prepare global sourcing organization for audits and external reviews;

- Educate management to promote best practices and compliant ways of working.

Our requirements

  • 2 to 4 years sourcing experience;

  • Very good understanding of Business Analysis and Project Management field;

  • Fluent in English, any other European language would be an asset.

  • MS Office fluency (Excel, Power Point)

  • Relationship building (sensitivity, rapport, works well in a matrixed environment);

  • Strong critical thinker;

  • Strong written and verbal communicator.
