    Continuous Improvement Specialist (m/f)

    This position is allocated in Continuous Improvement Team, that is led by a Manager with Six Sigma Black Belt. Main purpose of this role is to spread lean approach towards operations by delivering optimisation projects and running staff training. Natural paths of development is to gain knowledge and skills about Six Sigma.

    Description

    • Grows a culture of Continuous Improvement within the operational finance and accounting processes, HR and procurement;
    • Drives change activities that fall in line with global vision;
    • Implementation of process improvements to eliminate time waste;
    • Supports training and coaching at all level of the company;
    • Understands, prioritises and plans ahead to support internal initiatives;
    • Works closely with SSC employees to ensure the right approach is in place;
    • Coordination of new tools and solutions implementation thanks to cooperation with automation team.

    Profile

    • Higher education degree,
    • Very good command of English language,
    • Knowledge about lean management, either in manufacturing or in services,
    • Ability to lead independently projects on different scale,
    • Willingness to reach out for new ideas and optimisation,
    • Skills to lead training for other employees,
    • Proficiency in MS Office.
