Identifies opportunities for process improvements and leads and influence the development of new ideas and methods.
Provides and delivers presentation at Director level.
Balance Sheet integrity for back-end Contra Revenue
Financial and Accounting Risk Management: SOX, IA and External Audit compliance
Financial and business acumen, clear understanding on what are the drivers for each Contra P&L line item and Balance Sheet.
Great at Excel modeling, and open and quick learner to adopt new software apps as we transition to new applications.
Good knowledge of ODW/S4, Power BI, and quick learner on the various systems needed to perform the job.
Accounting, GAAP, AFM, SOX 404 and statutory policies and guidelines
First level university degree with a focus in business or economics; advanced degree and/or accounting certification (e.g., CPA, MBA) strongly preferred.
Typically 10+ years of experience in a finance function.
Typically 2+ years of supervisory and/or leading a project team experience.
Understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis
Financial modelling, analytical, and critical reasoning skills.
Communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
Excellent project management skills.
Excellent people management skills, including managing teams across countries.
Excellent communication skills, catered to a wide variety of audiences.
