Your responsibilities

  • contract processing (from simple to complex business transactions)

  • administration and maintenance of data in the system

  • creating insurance certificates

  • scheduling and resubmitting business transactions

  • correcting premium and brokerage statements

  • preparing various reporting

  • working closely with the local teams and internal client to ensure that all work is carried out in a timely manner and to a high standard

  • performing tasks assigned by manager

  • cooperating closely with team coordinator as well as the team and making sure all deadlines are met

  • following procedures and guides for the scope of work

  • suggesting and implementing changes to tools and documentations needed to support effective service delivery

  • broadening knowledge with the aim of becoming an SME for certain processes

Our requirements

  • advanced Excel skills

  • basic computer software/ application usage

  • excellent attention to detail

  • ability to analyse data and check its accuracy

  • good analytical skills

  • English level – B2

  • German level - B2/C1

  • understanding and applying appropriate communication style

  • ability to meet tight deadlines under time pressure

  • ability to prioritize tasks according to volumes

  • excellent time management and organisational skills
