Your responsibilities
- Review and classify inbound permissions requests
- Perform contracts rights research to determine rights profile of requested materials
- Draft Permissions Grant Letters and associated responses
- Adhere to delivery processes and commitments
- Manage requests and data through Factor and client systems
- Assist with developing standard operating procedures and other tools for use by the team
- Assist with developing and delivering permissions and copyrights training
- Assist with continuously improving our service to the client and adding value
Our requirements
- Law Degree
- Legally eligible to work inPoland
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to handle competing priorities
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite - especially Word and Excel
- Previous experience of managing permissions and copyrights requests with or for a publishing industry client
- Demonstrable knowledge of the publishing lifecycle from a legal perspective
- Strong working knowledge of recognized matter management systems as part of daily routine

It is a fixed-term position until 31.12.2022 with possibilities for a permanent role.
