Contract analysis and drafting
Capturing clauses under pre-defined fields
Preparing contract templates (calibration)
Working with all types of contracts ex.: commercial, public, MSA, CDA, SOW, OTA
Close cooperation with the Client
Reporting based on contract information
Experience in drafting and negotiating Commercial Contracts in English will be a strong asset
Have fluency in English and/or additional European languages
Have an excellent attention to detail skillset
Have an excellent time management skill
Have a strong investigative and analytical skillset
Have outstanding communication skills; both written and verbal
Be IT Literate - with skills across the Microsoft office suite
Legally eligible to work in Poland
Experience in SSC/BPO
Have an interest in Pharma field

We provide service for our Client, leading edge new technology company, who highly values our cooperative approach. The role will involve the reviewing of executed documents, contract abstraction and summarization, detailed analysis and the updating of contract database. It is a fixed – term position for 6 months starting in March – with possibilities for a permanent role. Remote work (during pandemic-time), and a plan to work on-site in Wrocław in the future.
As a member of an ISO Compliant centre, the candidate will be required to follow the policies and procedures on Information Security Management System in place at the Centre of Excellence and globally at Factor. As a member of the Factor team, the applicant will have access to various company and client assets and will be required to maintain the level of security as identified for each asset.
