Your responsibilities
- Analysing and extracting relevant information from contracts
- Ensuring proper documents flow
- Identifying potential documents and process flaws based on internal policies
- Answering basic customers’ requests
- Delivering basic reporting based on contract information
- Providing help and assistance to colleagues as needed as well as supporting other departments when needed
Our requirements
- Very good command of English is a must (including Legal English)
- Very good command of French is a must- Legal French is an asset
- Hold Law or Administration Degree
- Have an excellent attention to detail skillset
- Have an excellent time management skillset
- Have a strong investigative and analytical skillset
- Have outstanding communication skills; both written and verbal
- Have previous experience in contracts management- would be an asset
- Be IT Literate - with skills across the Microsoft office suite
