Contract Coordinator Direct Export

This Contract Coordinator role will be based in Warsaw/Poland and performs administrative tasks related to service agreements with Agfa HealthCare customers in Direct Export region.

Location: Agfa HealthCare Poland, Jutrzenki 137A, 02-231 Warszawa

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Keeping track of maintenance contracts with our customers and all underpinning contracts (start and end date) of the installed base for the region,
  • Requesting maintenance quotes for renewals,
  • All service related issues & escalations regarding 3rd party hardware underpinning contracts,
  • Management of 3rd party license underpinning contracts
  • Reports on underpinning contracts towards service manager.
  • Verifies vendors warranties/care pack ordered as per approved quotes
  • Verifies the sales orders with the project HW deliverables
  • Provide the underpinning contracts cost budget per site/country for the region
  • UPCs proposals request/ Negotiation/follow up/PO
  • Share the new SMA-WBS (Service Managed Agreements & Work Breakdown structure) code with the team after renewal

 

Education and Experience

  • Graduate in Business, IT, Operations or equivalent qualification 
  • Good knowledge and/or experience with computer Hardware and IT technical skills 

Skills & Requirements

  • Advanced English language skills (speak, read and write)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interface with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision
  • You have excellent organizational skills and pay attention to detail
