Your responsibilities
The Contract Analyst supports strategic sourcing operations by collecting, analyzing, and managing SAP Ariba Contract and Supplier data, to provide key insights for actionable improvements to the global procurement organization. The Analyst will support procesess executed via specific SAP Ariba modules – SLP and Contract Management. Contract Analyst will support rigor to follow process and technical expertise to produce fact based summary information enabling Senior Procurement personnel to improve their sourcing compliance in several areas, including minimizing contract risk, legal execution, contract authorization, and alignment with company policies
Subject Matter Expert of SAP Ariba modules: Supplier Lifecycle and Performance & Contract Management
Administrator of SAP Ariba Contract & SLP modules (add, change, approve items)
Prepare various reports and analyses to improve supply chain efficiencies using Company sponsored software (i.e. SAP, Ariba, Excel)
Synthesize data and identify problems through operational and financial analysis in order to improve operational and financial performance
Participate in projects
Initiate & execute process improvement initiatives
Support other operational procurement processes per department scope
Our requirements
Bachelor or Master’s degree
Fluent English
Minimum 5 years of work experience
Work experience in Procurement area
Experience with SAP Ariba system is a must, knowledge of SLP or Contract Management module will be an advantage.
Previous participation in project teams (as project member or lead)
Experience in SAP S/4HANA will be an advantage
Good command of Excel
Team player
Flexible and able to adopt to changes
Attention to detail and analytical skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
