About the project

As the Contractors Process Manager you will be leading the team of three subordinates, acting as the subject matter expert for procedures connected to GFT contractors. With your team you will create dedicated department for contact, support and internal consultancy for the contractors.

Your responsibilities

  • Management of the team and supervision of the team performance

  • End to End contractors process overview and management incl.: signing contracts and annexes; Initial negotiations with contractors; salary rate checks along with maintaining a repository; conversion of the contract types from B2B to employment contract;

  • Ensures continued compliance of the contractors processes with global GFT Group standards and policies

  • Driving the process of legal consultation of contracts with lawyers

  • Management of the cooperation between GFT and external Agencies incl.: orders assignment between GFT and external Agencies; orders extensions with Agencies and rates negotiations for renewals; approval of the contractors timesheets for Agencies purposes; cancellations of the Agency orders and offboardings; agency invoices approvals.

Our requirements

  • Experience in managing contracts in the IT industry

  • At least one year of experience in team management

  • At least basic knowledge of B2B contract and invoice processing

  • Fluency in English (both written and verbal)

  • Professional background from HR or Finance departments

  • High personal culture and business maturity

  • Great communications skills

  • Strong negotiation skills and assertiveness

  • Independence in work and analytical thinking

  • Good organizational skills and accuracy

  • Knowledge of SAP 4HANA
