An outstanding opportunity to join us as a Controls & MI Specialist to manage and support the execution of controls defined in the Risk & Control Framework. In this role, you will be responsible for timely performance of monitoring activities to mitigate risks related to the protection of personal data managed by Credit Suisse. You will also prepare regular Management Information (MI) relating to the performance of controls, identified issues and other related metrics.

We offer you an interesting and challenging role in the Global Data Privacy & Records team, a group of highly qualified data privacy professionals. The team’s mandate is global and includes responsibility for ensuring the firm’s compliance with Data Privacy and Protection, Banking Secrecy, Records Management and Outsourcing/Cloud regulations and codes of practice. As a member of the team you will be managing work with various stakeholders across the globe. We are looking for:

  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, Excel and PowerPoint in particular; VBA will be an asset.
  • Results oriented individual with outstanding analytical skills, attention to detail and consistency.
  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to manage work with multidisciplinary international teams.
  • Willingness to learn and engage to understand the bigger picture.
  • 1-3 years of proven and relevant experience, preferably in a control / reporting function.
  • University degree or equivalent education relating to Banking, Finance or Management.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives.
