Your responsibilities
An outstanding role within Control Room Team in Compliance function. You will join a department that is responsible for managing, developing and maintaining Information Barrier policies and framework for Credit Suisse as well as preserving the integrity of the Firm’s information barriers. You will gain exposure to a variety of compliance processes and controls and will have a chance to work with business partners across the globe. On a day to day basis your responsibilities will include: maintenance of Control Room’s Watch and Restricted Lists, managing pre-clearance of Securities Research publications, Information Barrier advisory, assisting with developing of Control Room applications. The role will give an opportunity to build in-depth Compliance and business knowledge.

In this position, you will join a team of 5, located in Wroclaw. The team is one of eight Control Rooms globally within Credit Suisse who work closely together. Our requirements
A university degree or equivalent (preferably in Finance or Economics).
1-3 years of proven experience – in banking, finance, audit or compliance, good knowledge of the financial services industry and securities market.
Good understanding of financial services regulatory environment and willing to perform in a control function, strong analytical skills and attention to details.
Good Microsoft Office skills.
Outstanding communication skills with an ability and confidence to discuss issues at senior level. Proficiency in English.
Results oriented, self-starter and are motivated for professional development. Proven ability to manage work well under pressure.
