    Control Room Surveillance Specialist # 100980
    Workplace: Wrocław


    Chief Compliance and Regulatory Affairs division in Wroclaw is looking for a Trade Surveillance Specialist in Control Room.

    As a Surveillance Specialist you will be responsible for growing variety of tasks:

    • Surveillance of the Bank's and clients' trading activities on the leading exchanges globally (e.g. LSE, Euronext, NYSE, HKE) across all asset classes
    • Detection, escalation and management of potential conflicts of interest between different divisions of the Bank
    • Review and monitor Restricted and Watch Lists of the Firm
    • Investigation of potential violations, abusive trading activities
    • Communication with traders and compliance officers to resolve potential breaches of information barriers policies and procedures
    • Close liaison with the Global Control Room officers in London, New York, Hong Kong
    • Identification of risks and contribution to the ongoing development of the procedures of the Control Room
    • Management of multiple, deadline-oriented tasks in a fast-paced environment

    • You hold a university degree in economics - specialization in finance or banking is an advantage
    • You have deep understanding of the complexity of financial products and services
    • You are fluent in English - written and spoken
    • You possess sound analytical skills and attention to details
    • You have very good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
    • You possess strong communication skills with the ability and confidence to discuss issues at a senior level
    • You can work well and seamlessly within a team and independently
    • You are reliable, patient and diplomatic in your work
    • You show desire to perform in a control function
    • You are motivated for professional development
