An outstanding opportunity to join us as we are looking for dedicated, motivated and well-organized candidates with a proven analytical profile to apply for a position of Controller in SUB Divisional & BA Finance team.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Standard monthly cost and headcount reports for external and internal purposes
  • Manage routine and ad-hoc analyses of cost and headcount trends and its main drivers
  • Driving transparency around reporting and implementing lean and effective reporting models
  • Cost Transfers controlling
  • Ongoing enhancements of existing processes and mitigation of related risks
  • Manage effective collaboration with partners across multiple functions (e.g. SUB Finance, Group Finance, Front Businesses)

We are looking for:

  • 3 years of proven experience within banking, finance or accounting
  • University degree in finance, economics or mathematics (as primary or secondary field of studies)
  • Proficient MS Office skills (especially practical Excel knowledge); VBA, Power BI, SQL would be an asset
  • Analytical skills and holistic thinking, flair for data and figures
  • Dedicated, service oriented, well-organized and reliable personality with willingness to challenge status quo
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in English
  • Proven ability to manage work effectively under pressure
  • High motivation for professional development
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
