Your responsibilities
- tracking data completeness and executing plausibility controls;
- determining and executing adjustments postings (FI/CO reconciliation);
- tracking and commenting proces;
- maintaining local controlling master data;
- performing CO month-end- closing activities (including top-down distributions and assessment cycles);
- coordinating of ad-hoc queries with the requesters and creating ad -hoc queries;
- second level support for user questions of serviced entities;
- delivering input to continuous improvement and potential enhancements of processes and solutions.
Our requirements
- openness to work in the afternoon (until 23:00);
- background in Finance & Accounting, Economics or Business Administration (>3 years) or at least 2 years of experience in Controlling or Management Reporting;
- Bachelor or equivalent / higher education;
- min. B2 level of English;
- proficiency in the use of SAP, Microsoft Office applications, very good knowledge of Excel is a must-have;
- good understanding of Controlling processes;
- good communication skills;
- team player able to work in cross cultural team;
- strong work ethics;
- flexibility in adaptation to fast changing working environment;
- ability to build relationships with business partners and customers;
- attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate results;
- constant drive to learn and improve skills;
- analytical mindset;
- ability to deliver results within targeted time.
