Your responsibilities
- Due to the dynamic development, our Controlling department is growing by several dozen new employees, check it and become our new colleague!
- Prepare and collect relevant reporting data from internal sources
- Prepare and review month end closing reports and provide analysis
- Perform controlling activities from various areas
- Conduct various analysis of data, report findings, implement actions and monitor progress
- Support planning and budgeting activities
- Provide support to HQ in Germany and Plant Controllers in Europe locations
- Support process optimization and standardization
- Create and update process manuals documentation
- Participate in cross-team projects to bring tangible improvements
Our requirements
- University degree in finance or related studies (min. bachelor degree)
- Solid experience in data analysis and visualization
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), SAP knowledge desirable
- Working experience of min 3 years in Controlling / Finance
- Experience in a production company is an advantage
- High service orientation and ability to work in a team
- Strong solution-based attitude as well as a quality awareness
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Pro-active approach and self-motivation
- Very good English, German is an advantage
