As we continue to develop our controlling team, we’re seeking talented and motivated candidate for a position of Controlling Specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reporting monthly results, variance analysis, forecasting, annual budgeting, and providing financial decision support to business partners.

Controlling Specialist


  • Automation of controlling processes and reports
  • Support business partners in understanding their cost base and variances to budget
  • Support other departments in process optimization
  • Key participation in month end closing process
  • Carry out profit analysis on customer and business line level
  • Initialize activities aimed at optimizing costs in all areas of the company’s activities
  • Participation in development of reports in Business Intelligence tool (Power BI)
  • Participation in implementation of SAP FICO
  • Other analysis and ad hoc reports


  • Experience in building automated reports and models is a must
  • Advance skills on MS Office applications, especially Excel (V-Look-Ups, Pivots, etc), knowledge of VBA/Power Query/Power BI/Power Pivot will be a big advantage
  • Very good practical knowledge of SAP.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to organize, summarize and articulate complex financial information for decision making
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Fluent English
  • MA degree related to finance (finance, accounting, economy)
