                                          Controlling Specialist

For our client – multinational HVAC company – we’re currently looking for controlling specialist. Our client is proud to be one of the most recognizable and reliable producers in the world with excellent customer service but also in known as a stable and trustworthy employer. 

Due to further growth and operations extension controlling team is getting bigger. We need you to help our client develop and strengthen its position within group.

 

Scope of duties and responsibilities:

  • every day support of the activities of the Corporate Planning department
  • prepare daily sales reports from multiple locations
  • controlling of sales, margin, pricing and ensuring local market intelligence
  • attentively interpret & analyse data aiming at finding dependencies and deviations
  • ensure data quality of our reports and systems; improve processes if necessary
  • prepare and publish management reporting and ad-hoc analyses
  • actively involved in the budgeting and result follow-up in the group
  • provide support to process standardization initiatives

Our client’s requirements

  • in. Bachelor degree in business economics or similar
  • experience in a similar role or experience in an analytical position (preferably in controlling or audit department)
  • very good knowledge of MS Excel is a must with ability to create and maintain reporting, using complex formulas
  • knowledge of SAP is a plus
  • very good command of English
    • good communication skills, not afraid to ask questions and raise issues
    • being a team player but with ability to work independently and organise own tasks to respect deadlines
    • accuracy and attention to details
