Recruitment for
Our client is a manufacturing company based in Wrocław, whose products are sold globally and who is currently looking for ambitious individuals willing to support the organisation in further development by taking up a position in the controlling department.
Your responsibilities
Preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, multiannual plans, as well as control of their implementation and analysis of deviations
Analysis of operational source transactions in the ERP system (production)
Analysis of profitability of products, distribution channels, customers
Cost control according to cost centres and analysis of deviations from the budget
Supervising the Company's current assets, including creating write-downs on receivables and inventories
Drawing up management reports for the Management Board and Supervisory Board and other external recipients (cyclical and "ad hoc")
Co-operation with the accounting department in the closing of the accounting month, including the calculation of work in progress
Employer requirements
Higher economic education in the field of finance (controlling, accounting or related field)
At least 3 years of experience in controlling, necessarily in a production company
Good knowledge of financial, management accounting and cost accounting
Very good knowledge of Excel and its analytical tools such as VBA and use of databases,
Knowledge of ERP systems (experience in implementation will be an asset)
Communicative command of both written and spoken English
Analytical and problem-solving skills and a good team player
