Your responsibilities

You will be part of Leap, one of the fastest-growing service lines within McKinsey, a catalyst for innovation and inclusive sustainable growth.

As a Leap Practice coordinator, you will be a core member of the Leap practice management team, working very closely with the other colleagues in the cell, the broader support teams, the Leap Labs, and client service teams. You will join a dynamic, entrepreneurial community of business-building enthusiasts, excited to drive innovation and growth.

In this role, you will focus on client development infrastructure: assure all knowledge and tools are easily accessible to CSTs (Client Service Teams) through direct-access channels, for example, case descriptions, 1-page summaries, videos, articles, playbooks, etc.

You will become the first alert support for a variety of information, which is crucial for preparing successful client proposals (e.g., case studies, qualifications, best knowledge, latest publications, experts).

You will be responsible for managing the client development pipeline: codifying, and tracking client development efforts, regular follow-up with opportunity owners, and sector squads to assure all information in the tool is up to date.

You will support our efforts to crowdsource business-building ideas that CSTs can leverage in their client discussions: maintaining the idea repository with direct input, as well as codifications from various events, support preparations and develop guides and templates for ideation sessions and narrowing down ideas, support the preparation of communication materials to excite and engage the community to contribute ideas.
