Your responsibilities
You will play an integral role in organizing and scheduling interviews, status updates, and debrief meetings with a strong understanding of business priorities
Proactive management of very complex Partner interviewer calendars often with significant time zone variances
Track and maintain interview requests and schedules in Avature (LR’s database)
Manage interviewee schedules, coordinating with the local office, practice, and search firm
Forge strong relationships with Partner EAs
Develop strong connections with our search firm partners and candidates as a frequent external contact for the LR team
Anticipate and coordinate travel needs for candidates as necessary including booking
Prepare and send out offeree/new hire gift packages
Develop and maintain search documents in Teams
Oversee training and development for new members of the team, update and maintain training materials for LR for scheduling leads
Coordinate with Global Scheduling teams to ensure best practices for teams
Collect and synthesize key points from interview feedback to be used in interviewer briefing materials
Participate in Americas status calls with search firms and hiring managers, communicate and manage next steps after calls
Assist in briefing materials and interview prep
Support Partner integration needs including scheduling meetings
Utilize existing recruiting systems for data entry, tracking, interview management, and reporting
Interface with accounts payable department with LR team-related invoice questions
Take at cause approach to candidate support and operations improvements
Our requirements
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a fast-paced environment (experience supporting Partners or C-Suite executives is strongly preferred)
Bachelor’s degree
Fluent English (both written and verbal)
Outstanding project management, written/verbal communication, and organizational skills
Comfort and ability to represent Bain to prospective candidates and interact with senior Bain contacts
Flexible work style to manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines
Meticulous attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to work productively in a remote environment and as an integral member of a virtual team
Ability to deal with highly confidential information in a professional manner
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint)
Collaborative; someone who knows how to work with and through others to drive results and make change happen
