    You will report to the operational manager. You will work in close coöperation with the team, the operational management and intercedents Account & In-house and housing coordinator, being self-driven and showing a lot of initiative. You feel comfortable with that.

    What are you going to do exactly?

    • Recruitment and hiring of temporary employees for production and logistic positions
    • You are flexible and work in close contact with your clients in order to achieve the best results
    • Managing and keeping close contact with your temporary employees and Introducing new employees to your clients.
    • Secure management of your planning and administration with enough experience at planning-tools and CRM systems
    • You ensure that the whole process of recruitment and temping of Polish temporary workers will be and maintains successful. 
    • You provide relevant information and management reporting on all aspects of temporary employees to the operational management.
    • Participation in regular meetings with the team.

    Additionally:

    • You have a problem solving mentality and you are result driven in your daily tasks.
    • You have, in any case, good command of the Polish and English or Dutch languages.
    • You are in the possession of a valid B category driver’s license.
    • You are flexible, client-oriented and have strong commercial and organizing skills.
    • You have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position.
