    Core Network Solution Sales Manager

    Location: Warszawa

    Job description:

    Based Poland, this role will be working as Core Network technology expert, deeply understand the industry and customer’s requirements, find, develop and promote suitable solutions to guarantee the competitiveness to meet the customer’s requirements: 

    • Leading the solution sales process including meeting with customer, solution design, etc to ensure Huawei to provide the most competitive solution to the target customer.
    • Analyze short/medium/long-term customer needs and modify the product roadmap accordingly. Conduct market research and customer surveys on products
    • Participate in RFx responses, tenders, presentations, consultations and commercial proposals by providing product information, value argumentation, bill of materials and tender network designs.
    • Development of complex solutions for the customer including Mobile & Fixed Voice, FBB, MBB data core, enterprise Communication, IoT solution, IPTV and NFV, 5G area.
    • Develop and recommend technical solutions and commercial strategies, based on the analysis of customer business goals, objectives, needs, and deployed systems infrastructure. .
    • Initiate product improvement / customization base on market needs and competitive environment.
    • Leading the commercial clarification, negotiation and contract signing
    • Daily operation of sales project and ownership of solution P&L and key customer relationship.


    • Over 5 years experience in telecom vendors or international Operators in the field of core network Pre-sales, engineering or business development.
    • Hands-on experience in core network elements (such as R4, IMS, PS/EPC, NFV etc),
    • System architecture and products in Core Network Product Management experience
    • Knowledge of VoLTE, legacy 2/3G voice and data services
    • Knowledge of Value Added Services area.
    • Team management experience
    • Good communication and presentation skills.
    • Commitment, sense of responsibility, self-motivated and hard working.
    • Good command of written and spoken in English and Polish.
