Your responsibilities

An outstanding opportunity to join us as we are looking for experienced professionals to join our Corporate Actions team and contribute to both department and company.

Main responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for processing all assigned tasks to the Corporate Actions, including, but not limited to:

* Capture, interpret, analyse, and document Corporate Actions related information in a clear and consistent manner

* Work closely with Custodians, Control Team, Relationship Managers, and experts in sending locations

* Monitor Client Queries inbox, ensuring all queries are responded to within a timely manner

* Knowing products and understanding market mechanisms

* Assist in enhancing the overall service quality and improvements within the department

* Your standard working hours will be from 7:00-9:00 till 15:30-17:30

Your future colleagues

Asset Servicing EDM sector is responsible for events related information gathering. We capture, compare, and combine information and sets of figures ensuring their proper order, validity and accuracy. We are also responsible for preparation our systems for bookings of Corporate Actions which are processed in another sector.

Our requirements

  • Proven ability to work with text

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in English

  • Ambitious, hardworking individual with strong attention to detail and quality

  • Ability to deliver excellent service both as a team member and individually. Proven ability to manage work well under pressure

  • Ability to learn new things and develop within the field

  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skill

  • Additional assets:

  • Educational background in banking, economy or finance

  • Understanding of a broad range of financial products and asset types

  • Knowledge of SWIFT standards

  • German language

  • Good command of MS Office package, SharePoint

  • Sound understanding of corporate actions and knowledge of Asset Servicing Operations
