Asset Servicing is part of a global team responsible for EMEA corporate actions and Income events processing for the investment bank including Prime Brokerage and financial hubs in London, New York, Singapore, and Zurich. Our clients are private and institutional investors, investment funds and hedge funds as well as Credit Suisse brokers and traders. We are happy to offer you flexibility and value diversity.

What we do:

Event Data Management team is responsible for events related information gathering. We collect, compare and combine information and sets of figures ensuring their proper order, validity and accuracy. Our Team collaborates closely with different vendors and registrars to ensure the high quality data management. Additionally, we support the delivery and processing of our clients’ Proxy Voting instructions and TAX reconciliation.

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for talents (both experienced professionals and graduates) to join our Corporate Actions team and contribute to both department’s and company. The seniority of the position will be individually based on your professional experience and current department needs.

Your main responsibilities:

  • You will gather, interpret, analyze and document Corporate Actions related information in a clear and consistent manner
  • You will partner Processing Teams in successful Corporate Actions processing
  • You will process Proxy Voting instructions and TAX reconciliation
  • You will cooperate with various counterparties, agent banks and depositaries
  • You will support Ad-hoc service delivery for Credit Suisse trading desk in regards to Corporate Actions
  • You will contribute to overall service quality and improvements within the department

Qualifications:

  • You like working with text
  • You are fluent in English
  • You pay attention to details and quality
  • You are able to deliver excellent service both as a team member and individually
  • You are willing to effectively cooperate across borders and cultures
  • You love to learn new things and develop within the field

Additional assets:

  • Educational background in banking, economy or finance
  • Understanding of a broad range of financial products and asset types
  • Knowledge of SWIFT standards
  • Good command of MS Office package
  • Deep understanding of corporate actions and knowledge of Asset Servicing Operations
