Corporate Actions Specialist

Your future responsibilities:

Day to Day focus is on executing tasks within defined policies, guidelines and procedures
Responsible for identifying and resolving problems
Gaining efficiencies to improve individual productivity
Helping to ensure all deadlines and requirements are being met
Reviewing the corporate action announcements that production team members input into CA platform for dissemination to clients and downstream systems
Communicating professionally and constructively to effectively resolve all corporate actions related issues with clients in a timely and efficient manner

The Ideal Candidate should have:

Banking degree or work experience would be an asset
English skills at minimum B2 level
Research, analysis and problem resolution skills
Ability to communicate professionally with through effective verbal and written skills
Customer Service orientation, works to exceed client expectations
Organizational skills and detail-oriented
