Your responsibilities

An outstanding opportunity to join us as we are looking for Team Leader to join our Corporate Actions team and contribute to both department and company.

Main responsibilities:

In this role, you will manage and be responsible for processing all assigned tasks to the Corporate Actions, including, but not limited to:

* Manages overall business operations within assigned team in the Event Data Management Sector (Group Ops) and ensures that SLA’s are met

* Ensures all administrative tasks for direct reports (holiday planning, working time etc.) are accomplished according to internal policies and legal requirements

* Manages stakeholders/ business partners efficiently on all relevant levels

* Ensures efficient and complex service delivery by managing appropriate numbers of trained staff is available to maintain service levels

* Ensures all HR processes in his /her teams incorporate appropriate control mechanisms, data protection and compliance tasks

* Ensures development opportunities according to performance tools and requirements

* Ensures Customer Satisfaction is attained within the process

* Contributes to service improvement and optimization by participating in (leading) relevant projects

* Motivates teams through effective monitoring, coaching and providing a positive work environment

* Support the team(s) in processing of the daily tasks

* Assessing team performance and providing feedback to employees

* Knowing products and understanding market mechanisms

* Your standard working hours will be from 7:00-9:00 till 15:30-17:30

Asset Servicing EDM sector is responsible for events related information gathering. We capture, compare, and combine information and sets of figures ensuring their proper order, validity, and accuracy. We are also responsible for preparation our systems for bookings of Corporate Actions which are processed in another sector.

Our requirements

  • Experienced leader (1 year minimum)

  • Proactive person with a ‘can do’ attitude

  • Detail oriented & analytical. Proven ability to manage work well under pressure

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in English

  • Additional assets:

  • Educational background in banking, economy or finance

  • Understanding of a broad range of financial products and asset types

  • Knowledge of SWIFT standards

  • German language

  • Good command of MS Office package, SharePoint

  • Detailed understanding of corporate actions and knowledge of Asset Servicing Operations
