The EMEA Corporate Citizenship is looking for a full-time Corporate Citizenship Officer to join the team in Poland.

An opportunity has arisen within our EMEA Corporate Citizenship team for a Program Officer reporting to the Head of Corporate Citizenship EMEA with primary responsibility for the programs in Poland. The Corporate Citizenship team has enthusiastic support from our senior management and is responsible for delivering our corporate charitable programs, refining charitable remit, forming significant partnerships with local and international charities and improving employee volunteering and giving.

A role of Corporate Citizenship Officer is to work closely with the Head of Corporate Citizenship to design and deliver the Corporate Citizenship strategy for Poland. This role will support the work of the Credit Suisse EMEA Foundation, partner selection programs including the Charity of the Year and grant partners, handle partner relationships, employee engagement programs (volunteering, giving etc.) and internal relationships.

  • Ownership for ensuring Poland’s regional volunteering target is met including by e.g.:
    • Directly delivering volunteering initiatives.
    • Working with Charity Committees to build their Corporate Citizenship initiatives and advise on the development of appropriate employee engagement programs.
    • Build and handle relationships with charity partners including conducting due diligence requirements for volunteering partners.
    • Handle employee-volunteering engagement via Cyber grants including tracking volunteers, uploading events and reporting.
    • Support the delivery of Charity of the Year programs in Poland working with partners as the need arises.
    • Support and lead the delivery of Charity of the Year selection processes in the Poland including reviewing applications, conducting due diligence and delivering employee led selection processes.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with Corporate Citizenship champions across the Bank to support departmental / divisional engagement objectives.
  • Lead internal communication planning and delivery for Poland; find opportunities to engage new audience.
  • Provide content for Corporate Citizenship communications including the staff newsletter and team intranet site.
  • Respond to charitable queries and requests for charitable partnerships both internally and externally.
  • Represent Credit Suisse Corporate Citizenship externally as required.

You offer:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience on similar position; confirmed commercial experience in Corporate Citizenship or equivalent programs.
  • Demonstrable experience with charities and non-governmental organizations in the Poland. Experience in managing project/programs within in this field.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in English.
  • Very strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to establish relationships effectively.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint). Ability to create PowerPoint presentations.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and structured work approach along with shown capability of problem solving and decision-making.
  • Experience in monitoring and evaluating programs/Experience in event planning would be a strong asset.
