Your responsibilities
- Actively support MAHLE’s HR transformation by building and maintaining system support for efficient global Total Rewards processes
- Drive and execute yearly compensation cycles from a system perspective
- Take responsibility for system configuration in implementation projects according to strategic design requirements
- Act as the primary contact person for central HR IT functions, especially related to new system releases, system integration topics, and process change requests
- Be responsible for globally aligning with other SF specialists who support other modules to create the best possible human experience management for MAHLE
- Design and implement trainings for HR and business customers related to system use
- Collaborate with Shared Services to create and update technical support documentation and provide 3rd level customer support
- Prepare presentations and analysis to provide HR leadership with insights and solutions related to technical system topics and their relevance for strategic Total Rewards projects
Our requirements
- Fluent in English
- Higher education
- At least 3 years of professional experience with end-to-end implementation / configuration and technical support of SF Compensation & Variable Pay modules
- Ability to understand integration points with other SF modules and enhance current capabilities of the SF system.
- Solid background in applied Total Rewards, especially short-term incentive schemes, merit programs, job evaluation and benchmarking
- Analytical person with strong conceptual skills being able to transfer concepts into system supported processes
- Hands-on and “get things done” personality
- Good PowerPoint and Excel Skills
