Your responsibilities

Purpose of the role

The main purpose of the role is to support Senior Corporate Financial Controller in controlling and performance management of the Corporate Administrative Functions aimed at accelerating growth focus and ensuring optimal financial performance. The person will be managing the periodic results and preparing standard and ad-hoc reporting (ACT, BUD) including generating executive summary and business comments (with supervision of Senior Corporate Financial Controller). The role has a solid reporting line to Group Finance, Corporate Functions HQ and involves setting up effective business partnering with Senior Management with various development opportunities.

Main responsibilities and tasks

• Management controlling and financial planning of Corporate activities, evaluating performance and business trends to support growth and improvements

• Preparing standard and ad hoc reporting - Actuals reporting, Budget reporting, Quarterly Estimates reporting, Long Term Planning for Headquarter Corporate Functions (10yrs+)Delivering analysis and business insights to support management decisions, recommendation, business cases modeling and scenario analysis

• Assisting in PMO activities for strategic Group Finance projects

• Assisting in preparing, evaluating and assessing financial business cases

• Business partnering at every level of organization and with various finance knowledge

• Involved in target setting and budget process

• Ensuring compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements

• Strive for process and system optimization

Our requirements

  • University degree in Accounting/Finance/Controlling or equivalent

  • A minimum of 5 years' progressive controlling/accounting experience

  • English at C1

  • Experience in management controlling and the ability to multi-tasking

  • Must be highly computer literate with - proficient data mining and ERP systems (SAP BO, BW, BI)

  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Excellent analytical skills

  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

  • Take responsibility and ownership

  • Proactive and creative in terms of improving ways of working and processes

  • Willing to work with switching priorities

  • Taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency

  • Being courageous in front of senior leadership

  • Having the ability to translate financial figures and data to non-financial stakeholders
