    We are currently looking for a motivated HR Analyst. This position is offering a unique opportunity to get a good understanding of the broad field of HR, with additional opportunity to work on certain topics in depth.

    This employee will be allocated first 6 to 9 months in Dublin(Ireland).

    Corporate HR - Payroll Administrator (Ireland/Poland)

    Key responsibilities:

    • General Support – responsible for managing the payroll and time and attendance mail boxes for  managers and employees to use for queries relating to payroll, benefits and the local time and attendance tool. Manages the stationary for the team.
    • Transactions & Reporting –  provide HR and Payroll related transaction support and reporting (for example, Answer Key cases for absence, Matrix /Local Manager PS updates).
    • Project support: Work on core projects and support key HR initiatives as they relate to payroll.
    • Payroll Administration: responsible for managing tax saver initiatives for travel tickets; bike to work schemes, maternity/paternity/parental leave management, and managing all benefit administration as it relates to payroll (i.e. private healthcare and pension). Supporting all responses for salary certificates and any other ad hoc requests.

    Experience & Education Requirements

    • College degree or equivalent experience.
    • 2-3 years of previous HR experience an advantage for not necessary.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills English.
    • Excellent organization and attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple demands and shifting priorities.
    • Client-service focused team player who operates with a sense of urgency and professionalism (Knows when to escalate matters for appropriate resolution).
    • Proficient in MS Office particularly with Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point.
    • Critical thinking and analytical skills; identify issues and trends, develop solutions and/or recommendations to address root cause and mitigate risk to the firm.
    • Knowledge and understanding of HR or Payroll systems an advantage.

    The hiring manager for this job opening would be willing to have a conversation about flexibility.  This could range from ad hoc flexibility in a full time position, to a more formal Flexible Work Arrangement.
