    Corporate Human Resources plays an integral role in designing, implementing, and managing global initiatives across the firm. The functional areas within Corporate HR include global Recruiting, Training, Talent and Development, Career Management, Diversity, Compensation, Benefits, Employee Relations, Technology, Finance, HR Service Delivery, and Workforce Analytics (WFA).

    Corporate HR - Reporting Analyst in Workforce Analytics Team
    Location: Warszawa

    Essential Qualifications:
    • Education: Undergraduate degree or equivalent education preferably in HR, Finance or Technology 
    • Experience:  Minimum 2 years of data analysis including complex report design 
    • Fundamental application skills with Business Intelligence tools (Business Objects)  
    • Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel 
    • Demonstrated ability to translate business reporting requirements into meaningful, efficient and sustainable reporting solutions  
    • Statistical or mathematical background combined with strong visualization skills desired
    • Ability to work with large volumes of sensitive/confidential data 
    • Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills 
    • Proven track record of exemplary customer service and quality product delivery  
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with all levels of management across multiple businesses and geographies 
    • Ability to multi-task and to work independently as well as part of a team, building strong working relationships with team members and clients/end-users 

    Working knowledge at least one of the below:
    • Visualization tools (QlikView, Tableau) 
    • SQL 
    • MS Access 
    • MS SharePoint 
    • Familiarity with HR processes and procedures will be a plus
