Your responsibilities

  • Administration of employee mandatory insurances and pension requirements for starters, leavers, modifications, and claims.

  • Manage the insurance renewal process and maintenance for our various insurances, including workers compensation, D&O, liability and others; updating values for renewals and quotes, implementation, market reviews, tracking and reviewing binders, and providing risk analysis information as well as any other relevant information.

  • Collaborate closely and develop relationships with Frontiers’ broker and external consultants in order to perform periodic audit of corporate insurance coverage and ensure full compliance with local regulations.

  • Support Frontiers expansion to new countries with due diligence analysis and ensuring all local requirements are met.

  • Prepare monthly reporting and yearly actuarial analysis, when required.

  • Become the to-go person for all insurance-related issues and provide advice to the business.

  • Prepare our yearly insurance budget.

Our requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or a related field.

  • At least 3 years' experience in corporate insurance or pension.

  • Very strong interpersonal skills - you'll be interfacing with colleagues at all levels of the organization.

  • Expert-level knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint.

  • A team player who is able to collaborate across the wider business

  • Technology savvy and curious professional

The role

  • Our Payroll team is expanding to support the growing needs of our people and business and we are looking for a Corporate Insurance Specialist to join us.

  • This position will report to the Payroll Manager and will play an integral role in helping us to consolidate the company’s risk management and insurance programs amongst all our entities. The covered regions are currently mainly in EMEA and USA but with further expansion into new locations planned for the future. This is an exciting brand new role that can be built around full time or part time hours for the right candidate.
