Strategically partner with IF stakeholders to make informed decisions about business requirements and share best practices and improvement opportunities relative to technology systems.
Ability to advocate for regional stakeholder as well as represent team in region
Listen closely to customer requirements and pain points and understand the problem and business need (ie not necessarily what is being asked for but what problem needs to be solved)
Engage with diverse stakeholders throughout region with unique needs and drive regional/global business standards
Demonstrate current knowledge of Real Estate industry and IFM technology solutions with ability to actively apply this to implementation projects.
Participate in discovery and analysis of client needs, as well as internal reviews of development prior to Build Reviews and UAT to ensure alignment with Client processes
Facilitate and conduct client interviews and workshops on business process as it relates to IFM technology solutions implementation
Work closely with assigned regions to develop roadmaps for feature development, as well as process improvement efforts needed within region
Working more closely with regional teams to drive adoption, providing the level of support/training/troubleshooting they really need
Functionally experienced with real estate and design and construction technology solutions such as Events, Enterprise Asset Management, Service Catalog/Worklfow Engine (e.g. ServiceNow), CMMS, Networked Lockers
5+ years of experience as a Consultant
Experience or understanding of integrated facilities management, employee amenities and workplace experience, project management, and real estate preferred
Excellent communications skills including ability to present technical concepts to a non-technical audience
Ability to work in fast paced, dynamic workplace with multiple priorities
Strong ownership and ability to work with direct guidance balanced by an ability to escalate as appropriate
Strong writing skills
