    Job requirements:

    • At least 2 years working experience in a corporate strategy position in telecommunications/high-tech or business consulting environment
    • Proven substantial exposure to corporate strategy management with direct exposure to top management and key decision-takers
    • Proven knowledge of the telecommunications network (mobile and/or fixed) and operating models in the telco industry
    • Advanced analytical and problem solving skills, ability to articulate complex problems and proposed solutions in a simple manner, ability to translate gained information into actionable strategies and initiatives
    • Experience in strategic planning and business analytics. Demonstrated ability to perform standard strategic analysis such as performance analysis, market and competition analysis and draw conclusions towards the company strategies
    • Demonstrated ability to manage different stakeholders and lead, inspire and motivate teams
    • Excellent interpersonal and communications competences (verbal and written). Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
    • High-energy and proactive nature
    • Demonstrated ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment, ability to multitask and to manage time efficiently
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Advanced English communication skills (spoken and written)


    • Identifying opportunities for the company growth and transformation to define short- and long-term growth plan and priorities
    • Preparing recommendations/consulting with business executives and delivering insights to drive strategic initiatives and corporate prioritization
    • Evaluating new business models and corporate relationships
    • Negotiating complex business models, partnerships, transactions and other business arrangements
    • Managing key strategic issues, including current opportunity assessment and risk identification
    • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including Deutsche Telekom Group and leading cross-functional teams in analyzing/developing key focus areas
