Your responsibilities
- Operationally in charge of:
- DL and overheads
- Daily reporting activity - Site Financial Dashboard, KPIs
- Internal Control leader - ensuring respect of procedures, testing and assessment activity, action plan implementation
- Monthly control of DL based on cooperation with production departments
- Monthly overhead and budget management for departments in SAP
- Purchase requests validation in E-proc
- Cooperation with other departments in terms of validation of IARs, saving actions identification and validation
- Reporting:
- Perform closing, forecasts, best estimates for Direct Labor and overheads( provisions calculations, closing analysis, reporting)
- Budget and MTP business plan preparation for DL overheads
- Provide necessary reports to Share Service Center
- In charge of data preparation for financial audits
- ITESOFT cases validation
- GPS reporting during closing
- Preparation of all ad hoc related analysis according to the Top Management needs
Our requirements
- 2-5 years experience in finance
- SAP CO/FI experience
- Excel proficience
- Good English
- Motivation
