Your responsibilities
- coordinating and clarifying the expenses, preparing and determining logistics accruals
- controlling (daily and weekly control) and documenting incorrect issues
- reporting controlling results via system
- controlling and documenting self-billing costs for logistic planning and automatic crediting of freight costs
- creating credit note of costs via SAP
- controlling validate invoices, edit, document, and booking customer penalty invoices
- creating and placing all purchase orders with vendors for logistics services and coordinating proper invoicing
- providing information about costs for shipping companies
Employer requirements
- university degree (prefable: finance and accounitng, controlling, economics)
- fluency in English and a good level of German (min. B2)
- knowledge of SAP preferred
- analytical skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, strong Excel skills
- great communication and interpersonal skills
- high attention to detail, ability to work in flexible and dynamic environments
- ability to work collaboratively and proactively with multi-functional teams
