Sales – development, implementation and control of sales strategy in Poland. Acquiring, managing and expanding clients’ portfolio. Preparing, negotiating and signing the offers and contracts. Managing a team of sales staff.
Operations – managing the team of replenishers, warehouse employees and accountants. Ensuring customer service and products availability in our micro markets.
HR management – hiring, managing and shaping the team of the country.
Finance – ensuring the accounting compliance with the laws of the country. Planning of country’s budget and ensuring implementation.
Supply chain – ensuring products availability in warehouse. Planning and managing routes of replenishers. Negotiating with local suppliers.
Have +2 years of sales/operations/entrepreneurial experience
Ability to seek for the good business opportunities
Sales background and experience
Courage and enthusiasm to lead a team and country operations
“Get things done” attitude
Creative and self-organized
Have good spoken and written English. Native Polish.
